“Gish“, created by indie game developer Edmund McMillen and Chronic Logic, is the adventure of a 12-pound ball of tar as he rescues his girlfriend in a labryinth of underground tunnels. Winner of the 2005 IGF Grand Prize, the 2005 IGF Innovation in Game Design, and multiple Game of the Year awards, the second Gish game is just around the corner, and Gish will be making a guest appearance as a playable character in Cryptic Sea’s highly anticipated “Super Meatboy” game, coming to XBox Live, Wiiware, and PC in Summer 2010!

The Gish plush figures come in 4″ and 8″ sizes, each available with two different faces; Smilin’ or Toothy. Made of a super-soft velour with embroidered detail, the Gish plush figures are perfect for perching next to your computer, hurling at irritating roommates, or just having a long heart-to-heart with after you get dumped by someone who just doesn’t love video games like you do. The 4″ figure retails for only $8.00, while the 8″ figure is available for only $16.00.

The “Coney” plush is based on artwork by Brian Taylor, better known as “Candykiller“. One of the best character designers out there, Brian’s work is a stellar blend of old-timey cartoons with a modern edge. It was a challenge to develop a plush figure that did his work justice, but we believe we’ve finally done it.

The Coney stands 14″ tall, and has a weighted base. That’s right, it’s a free-standing plush figure. He’s also got burly arms, a cigarette dangling from his snarling lips, tattoos, and a bad attitude.

Made of high-quality canvas, the artwork is silk-screened. And awesome. Both color and mono versions will be available. Color version is limited to 250 pieces, and Mono is limited to 50 pieces. The Mono version will ONLY be available through the upcoming Bigshot Toyworks Factory Store! In addition, the Bigshot Factory Store version of each plush will include an exclusive, limited edition letterpress print, signed and numbered by the artist!

The Coney Cloud is 14″ in diameter, made of a super-soft velveteen, and the artwork is fully embroidered on both sides! It’s going to be your bestest nap-time buddy, just so long as it doesn’t beat you up and run off with your sister. Limited to 250 pieces, 100 pieces will be available from the Bigshot Toyworks Factory Store with an exclusive letterpress print, signed and numbered by the artist.
